We are delighted to welcome Carolyn O’Brien to the RANSW network as she takes on the role as Acting Executive Director of Arts Upper Hunter.
Carolyn has been a ‘local’ in the Upper Hunter area for a while, with qualifications in Business Management and Administration, with experience in marketing, event management, audience development, risk management, career development, economic development and public gallery management.
Her career includes Management roles in Tourism, Finance, Employment Support, Local Government and now Regional Arts Development.
Carolyn has previously been a board member of the Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music, Arts Upper Hunter and Transcare.
Her acumen for business and community development, combined with a passion for creative enterprise and a sound local knowledge of community groups and industry partners, has seen her ‘jump’ into her new role with Arts Upper Hunter as Acting Executive Director of Arts Upper Hunter.
Arts Upper Hunter has engaged Anna Rankmore as the part time Restart Project Officer. Anna is a Muswellbrook videographer and composer with IT and social media skills. Anna will document many of the Restart Projects and Microgrants activities and commence working on the Upper Hunter Art Trail.
