The National Association for the Visual Arts (NAVA) is encouraging all visual artists to apply for the latest batch of Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) funding due to an increase in support for visual art projects in recent funding batches. Twelve visual artists were recipients of the grant in the fifth batch of funding.

The RISE fund aims to support the arts and entertainment sector to reactivate and rebuild confidence in artists, investors and audiences. The program is targeting funding to assist the presentation of new, re-shaped or existing cultural and creative activities and events.

The Fund has $40 million remaining, until 31 December 2021 or until funds are allocated.

Applications close December 31, 2021.
