An upcoming opportunity for regional and remote students from 12-20 years takes the form of of a professional development camp at Burrendong Sport and Recreation Centre. The Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) & Taikoz are leading institutions within the performing arts industry with reputations for nurturing students and producing some extremely successful Alumni such as Rebel Wilson and Rose Byrne. Both companies will be conducting workshops in skills development and how to navigate the performing arts industry.

Two guest artists will be visiting the camp including film director, writer and performer Steven Rogers along with writer and performing artist Tyrolin Puxty.

This camp is an extension to an online weekly programming which students can choose to join after the camp concludes. The camp will link students to to other youth across the state with similar interests.

The camp will take place between July 5 – July 9 2021.

12 years – $400 (fully catered)

13-20 years – $450 (fully catered)
