22 April @ 12:00 PM - 25 April @ 1:30 PM AEST

The Hunter Valley’s most beloved boutique camping music festival, The Gum Ball will return to the hallowed grounds of Dashville on the last weekend of the Easter school holidays in 2022! Now in its 16th year, you won’t want to miss out! An event to treat your soul and inspire nostalgia, The Gum Ball Festival will be held across two stages with workshops, markets, kids activities and lots more. Bring the family and camp under the stars for a truly incredible experience. There will be impressive line-up of Australian and international acts, plus the cream of the Hunter’s rising stars.

The Gum Ball has announced an impressive line-up including indigenous virtuoso composer William Barton, dark and brooding New York rockers Endless Boogie, Californian topographic meditators Howlin Rain. There’s a Thrashville refugee in Australian garage punk royalty Kim Salmon’s Smoked Salmon. Slick WA high octane rock n roll of The Southern River Band. Arguably Australia’s greatest singer songwriter Ben Salter. Making their way down from West Arnhem land is the Black Rock Band and Yabok, captivating Perth singer songwriter Carla Geneve and her band will be here. The homeground anthemic rock of Johnston City returns, along with other local acts Turpentine Babycino and Autumn Hearts… Oh and of course the mighty return of Dashville Progress Society!

Whether you’re an old Gum Ball fan or thinking of joining the community for the first time, all are welcome. All tickets currently available are full weekend tickets, which include three nights of camping. Due to the set-up of the event, there are no non-camping ticket options.
