The Saltwater Freshwater Festival is a celebration of Aboriginal arts and culture from the four Nations that make up the Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance region – Gumbaynggirr, Dunghutti, Biripi and Worimi.
This year’s Festival will be held at the Unkya Reserve, Eungai Creek in Gumbaynggirr Country.
Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance are committed to this new date as a way to celebrate and share authentic Aboriginal living culture with the wider community. The festival has delivered incredible outcomes to the local communities.
Proudly funded by the NSW Government in association with the Bushfire Community Recovery and Resilience Fund through the joint Commonwealth/State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements and Nambucca Valley Council.
