Coastal Twist 2019 was the first National Visibility LGBTIQ Arts & Culture festival for Central Coast NSW, a region going through much social, economic and community visible change. The festival delivers an innovative, authentic and impactful piece of inclusive creative pie to entice all tastes to the region!
All ages, abilities, Free and ticketed events across 5 days.
“Be the change” is the theme for the 2022 Rainbow inspired diversity festival whose objective is to create a more welcoming and inclusive Central Coast NSW.
2022 features Cabaret, Drag, Film, live music, Dance and Exhibitions across the Peninsula Hubs of Umina Beach, Woy Woy and Ettalong Beach.
Weekend also hosts the worlds first LGBTIQA Long-boarding event + volleyball, Surf Lifesavers with Pride demos and great Music @ “Life’s a beach Picnic day”, BYO Umbrella, beach chairs, slip. slop and slap your way into a fun day for all ages.
Coastal Twist Festival will once again culminate in the huge huge oceanfront “Coastie Carnie Fair Day” at the Peninsula Recreation Precinct, Umina Beach, all ages, all welcome, bring your pooches and enter the Pupparazzi Pooch parade, and don’t forget your picnic blanket, lots of curated and local food vendors, full day stage of entertainment.
