Wodonga Council’s Ephemeral Art Program (2022-2023) aims to create inspiring temporary public art that supports community identity and increases the cultural vibrancy. Creating the unexpected is the key objective.

The council is calling on artists to express their interest for inclusion in various short-term art projects within the 2022- 2023 financial year. This is a great opportunity for artists to show their work in high visibility spaces and places. These ephemeral art projects include the following.

1. Artwork for display in the Open Galleries light boxes at The Cube Wodonga and Wodonga Aquatic Venue and Exercise Space (WAVES)
2. Art installation in the CBA
3. Three month projection on to Hyphen – Wodonga Library Gallery cantilever window
4. The Cube Wodonga piano

Please note: Artists may apply for more than one of the above opportunities. Point 2 is subject to
council/owner approval.
