Flood-impacted arts and cultural organisations, individual artists and collaborative groups in NSW can apply for funding to support the immediate recovery of arts and cultural activities in their communities.
The Recovery Grants for NSW Creatives are designed to provide targeted support to individuals and groups in the small-to-medium arts and cultural sector in flood and/or extreme weather-affected NSW communities.
These grants aim to:
- Provide targeted support to individuals and groups in the ‘small-to-medium’ arts and cultural sector in communities that have been directly impacted by the 2022 floods or extreme weather conditions in NSW.
- Mitigate the direct impact of the floods or extreme weather conditions on the livelihoods of artists, museum workers, arts/cultural organisations and groups in NSW.
- Create greater to generate revenue and income in the cultural and creative sectors to build resilience against future shocks.
