Wendy Whiteley to Open Sculptures in the Garden 2018

Regional Australia’s premier sculpture exhibition, Sculptures in the Garden is excited to announce that Wendy Whiteley has been confirmed to open this year’s event. Whiteley, who is well known for her contribution to the Arts and her secret garden in Sydney’s Lavender Bay, will be involved in the two-day event for the first time. Read more

Screenworks | Wanted: Fearless Seniors to Feature in Films

Screenworks and Feros Care are searching for 10 people aged 75 or over to be featured in a series of short documentary films as part of a new innovative project called FEARLESS. Each of the selected seniors will have the chance to learn new skills and will receive a writer/director credit for a film. Read more

Bundanon Trust Announces First Peoples Residencies

A special opportunity for NSW Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists to undertake supported residencies at Bundanon in 2019 with support from Create NSW. Bundanon's Artist-in-Residence program is the largest and most diverse in Australia. Read more

Four Winds Community Contributes $73,000 to Mayoral Fire Appeal

David Francis, Executive Director of Four Winds in Barragga Bay, today presented a cheque to Bega Valley Shire Council Mayor Kristy McBain for the Tathra Fire Fund. The Four Winds community attending the 2018 Four Winds Easter Festival responded to an appeal to donate funds to support those affected by the Tathra Fire, and the total raised is just over $73,000. Artist Update | Mez Breeze Partners with Microsoft, Samsung

In September 2017, Regional Arts NSW profiled Goulburn artist Mez Breeze, following her win of Best Experimental Game at the inaugural Game Design Awards in Dundee, Scotland.
