Bello Winter Music 2018 Wraps Up a Sell-Out Success

In its fourth outing, Bello Winter Music (12-15 July) was once again a sell-out success that saw thousands of patrons fill the halls, cafes, clubs and streets of the picturesque Mid North Coast town of Bellingen. Registrations Now Open for the 10th Art of Good Health and Wellbeing Conference

Registrations are now open for the 10th Art of Good Health and Wellbeing Conference, presented by the Australian Centre for Arts and Health (ACAH), to be held from 12-15 November 2018 at the Sails Hotel, Port Macquarie. The Art Gallery of NSW continues its conference partnership with ACAH in 2018, with AGNSW artist educators presenting arts for health art-making workshops at the conference. Read more

The Basil Sellers Art Prize Now Open for Entries

The Basil Sellers Art Prize is now calling for entries, with submissions closing Monday 10 September at 4pm. Run by Eurobodalla Shire Council, the $20,000 acquisitive art prize and exhibition features 2D artworks (excluding photography and digital media) and is open to artists living in NSW and the ACT. Wendy Whiteley to Open Sculptures in the Garden 2018

Regional Australia’s premier sculpture exhibition, Sculptures in the Garden is excited to announce that Wendy Whiteley has been confirmed to open this year’s event. Whiteley, who is well known for her contribution to the Arts and her secret garden in Sydney’s Lavender Bay, will be involved in the two-day event for the first time. Read more

Screenworks | Wanted: Fearless Seniors to Feature in Films

Screenworks and Feros Care are searching for 10 people aged 75 or over to be featured in a series of short documentary films as part of a new innovative project called FEARLESS.
