Southern Tablelands Arts (STARTS) have appointed Giselle Newbury as the latest addition to their team. Giselle has studied creative writing, ran an antiquarian bookshop and art gallery in Taralga and Goulburn and is the mother of two children. Read more
Vic McEwan established The Cad Factory in 2005 in Sydney before it moved to regional NSW in 2010. Based in the Western Riverina, the remote studio runs artist residencies and produces work which puts a “spotlight on remote Australian landscapes and the communities that exist within them”. Read more

The 42nd Muswellbrook Art Prize is now calling for entries.
The total prize pool is $30,000.
There are three sections:
Section A - Acquisitive Painting Prize $20,000
Section B - Acquisitive Work on Paper Prize $5,000
Section C - Acquisitive Ceramic Prize $5,000
