The exhibition showcases the collaborative efforts of four pairs of artists from the Eastern Riverina region pairing emerging and established artists, and within each pair, one artist is living with a disability. This Sunday 5th May photographer Emma Beecher will present her exhibition ‘The Eminence of Insignificance’ in Leeton’s Roxy Art Space. A graduate of ANU's School of Art and the National Art School in Sydney, Beecher's exhibition highlights her exploration of the relationship between landscape and place. Read more

Eclectica Collectica - Rex Irwin in Molong

Respected art dealer, Rex Irwin, will visit the town of Molong, just 32 kms west of Orange, in a first for the country. Libby Oldham, Director of Jayes Gallery and Sculpture Gardens, says ‘this is coup for the bush as art dealers rarely move from the rarefied air of the Sydney art scene’. Read more

Jim Paterson Exhibition at Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery

Jim Paterson grew up watching the ships come into Port Melbourne in the 1950s. From these densely industrial memories, full of soot and grit, the artist has created an imaginative world within his inked images that weld machinery to monsters on an island in the outback. Read more

Masters Apprentice at Matilda Street Gallery

Masters’ Apprentice is Kristin Hardiman's visual tribute to 25 internationally renowned artists who have influenced her practice. It consists of 75 pieces which examine the worlds of her favourite modern masters including Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol and Brett Whiteley. Read more
