Outback Arts | Your last chance to catch the Outback Archies 2016
Established in 2011 the Outback Archies is an exhibition aimed at providing artistic opportunities for artists living in rural, regional and remote NSW.
Outback Arts, in coordination with surrounding Regional Art Development Organisations, works to showcase the contributing artists to both a local and visiting audience through the exhibition.
As the only major exhibition and competition of its type in Far Western NSW the competition is both a resource and an opportunity for organisations and artists to promote their work. Prizes are given across a number of categories, with entries and prizes assessed by a panel. A prize is awarded to winning artists in each section as well as People’s Choice and an award to the most Outstanding Indigenous Artist.
