Mudgee Readers Festival Funded by CASP

Now in its seventh year, the Mudgee Readers’ Festival has been developed to promote and share the joy of reading with people of all ages. Over a fun-filled and informative weekend in August, the festival brings together some of the best writers in Australia, feeds them full of wine and cheese, and lets them loose in town to entertain and inform Mudgee’s book-loving community.

Guests include: Charlotte Wood, Ellen van Neerven, Jane Caro, Rod Jones, Evan McHugh, Kate Forsyth, Sami Shah, Charlotte Nash and more.

The festival also features Mudgee Readers Festival Book Club sessions, Seizure’s Rant!, Young Adult Book Swap, Story-time, poetry readings, an art exhibition, interviews, discussions and of course the Long Lazy Lunch.

Full program and tickets are available HERE.

This project is supported by Arts NSW’s Country Arts Support Program, a devolved funding program administered by Regional Arts NSW and local Regional Arts boards on behalf of the NSW Government.
