Explore the world of contemporary art through a selection of work by some of Australia’s most innovative, creative and colourful artists.
Taking inspiration from the passages of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Curioser & Curioser presents the work of 18 emerging, mid-career and established artists from across Australia. The artworks range in media including painting, sculpture, ceramic, installation, electronic and digital and engage with playfulness, colour, myth, wonder, humour, bewilderment and dream-like imagery. Featured artists include: Tully Arnot, Ella Barclay, Rosie Deacon, Troy Emery, Pia van Gelder, Adrian De Giorgio, Michaela Gleave, Karen Golland, Kimberley Liddle, Kate Mitchell, Nell, Louise Paramor, Kate Rohde, Natalie Ryan, Tracy Sarroff, Nike Savvas, Jason Sims and Amanda Wolf.
