2015 Inland Sea of Sound Festival
Iconic Indigenous performer, Archie Roach, and his band will headline the 2015 Inland Sea of Sound at Bathurst Goldfields on Friday 6 November.
For the first time festival will present live music simultaneously on five stages across the Bathurst Goldfields on Wahluu – Mount Panorama from 6-8 November 2015.
Regional Arts Board, Arts OutWest is partnering with Mitchell Conservatorium of Music, Musica Viva, Bathurst Goldfields, Bathurst Region Vignerons Association, and Bathurst Wiradjuri and Aboriginal Community Elders with the major presenter Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre and Bathurst Regional Council.
The initial vision of the festival which began in 2010 was to create an inland world music festival, to celebrate cultural diversity in the Central West of NSW and to encourage the programming of artists from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Over the three days there will be 75 musicians including Archie Roach, Kate Fagan and Arabesk.
