Hello Koalas | Call for Artists

Arts and Health Australia (AHA) is calling for Artists, Designers, Photographers, and Community Groups to submit a design idea for the large-scale fibreglass sculptures that will dot the Port Macquarie Hastings landscape from the mountains to the sea to create an official "Hello Koalas Public Sculpture Trail". Visual Arts Fellowship for NSW Emerging Artists

The NSW Minister for the Arts, George Souris, has announced the new, 2013 NSW Visual Arts Fellowship for Emerging Artists, a $30,000 award open to visual artists currently living in NSW and within their first eight years of practice. Read more

Indent MusicNSW Skills Recognition Program

RANSW congratulates the regional participants in the 2013 Indent Skills Recognition Program . Indent is the youth project of MusicNSW and has just announced the 18 young people who will complete a TAFE Certificate II in Live Production, Theatre and Events through their voluntary work putting on music events in their local communities in 2013. Orana Arts Opens the Left Field Project

Orana Arts encourages Aboriginal artists in the region to apply for the Left Field Project (LFP). This opportunity is available to Aboriginal artists across the Orana region which covers the Dubbo, Narromine, Gilgandra, Mid-Western and Warrumbungle local government areas. Read more

Tourism Industry Regional Development Fund Grants

Round 2 of the Tourism Industry Regional Development Fund (TIRF) Grants Program has opened. The competitive merit-based TIRF Grants Program offers grants from $50,000–$250,000 on a matched dollar-for-dollar funding basis, to assist tourism operators increase the quality and range of visitor experiences in regional Australia.
