Regional Arts Fund Supports 18 New Projects Across NSW in 2019

The Australian Government’s Regional Arts Fund (RAF) will provide $402,765.50 to support 18 new projects in regional, rural and remote New South Wales in 2019. The list of successful projects encompasses a broad spectrum of artforms including performance, literature, music, theatre, dance, screen, digital arts and cross-artform initiatives. Read more

fRETfEST | Regional Song Contest Now Open

Australia's original Singer Songwriter Showcase ‘fRETfEST’ just opened entries for their Regional Song Contest 2018/2019 supported by Tanglewood Guitars. fRETfEST offers an entry point for entertainers to gain experience and exposure with live performances, career guidance, pre-production, recording services and music festival bookings. Artist with Disability Jeremy Hawkes Awarded $30k Create NSW 2018-19 Fellowship

Lismore-based artist with disability Jeremy Hawkes has been awarded a $30,000 2018/19 Creative Development Fellowship from Create NSW that will support him in completing studio based research and development, fund a residency at the Berlin Art Institute, see him attend national and international arts conferences and study at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York.
