SunRice Mill Seized by The Cad Factory | Colleambally

Last Saturday, the 21st September, The Cad Factory and SunRice presented "A Night of Wonder" at the SunRice mill in Colleambally. This performance of sound and video installations projected into the night sky, was the culmination of months of work that The Cad Factory artists have dedicated to uncovering the world of the rice growing community. Wired Lab Awarded For 'Southern Encounter'

Celebrating the outstanding achievements of Australian musicians, the Art Music Awards, awarded The Wired Lab's 2012 Southern Encounter project with two awards in the categories: Award for Excellence in Experimental Music Award for Excellence in a Regional Area Curated by Sarah Last, founding member of The Wired Lab, Southern Encounter was a highly experimental arts of sound project commissioned for the artistic program of Regional Arts Australia’s 2012 National Regional Arts Conference and Festival, ‘Kumuwuki / Big Wave’, held in Goolwa, South Australia October 18-21st 2012. Summerlandish is a Gen Y quarter-century memoir filled with more sticky situations and backside-tearing adventures (yes, you read that correctly) than most people cram into a lifetime, and began as a blog and an eBook. Skate Park Shadows | Community Mural Armidale

The Armidale Skate Park Community Mural is a collaboration between Beyond Empathy and Armidale Dumaresq Council. Part of Beyond Empathy’s initiative called Access All Areas: Opening Doors to Community for Young People in Armidale, it engaged artists Wendy Kimpton and Jonathon Larsen to stencil silhouettes of skaters on the wall.
