Tickets on Sale Now for Australia's Largest Regional Feature Film Festival

Screenwave International Film Festival (SWIFF) has announced that tickets are now on sale for its 2019 event.

Created in 2015, SWIFF has quickly established itself as Australia’s largest regional feature film festival, screening over 65 cutting edge Australian and international films.

SWIFF is held in January across 16 days on the beautiful NSW Coffs Coast, where World Heritage listed mountains meet the Solitary Islands Marine Park.

Every year, thousands of film-lovers from across Australia and overseas flock to the Coffs Coast to view over 65 world-class films, and rub shoulders with Australian and international actors, directors and producers.

“We hand pick films to create a unique and culturally diverse program every year. 2018 has been a phenomenal year for film, and particularly Australian film, so come January, we’ll be putting the best of them on the big screen for people to enjoy and get into the festival vibe!” says Festival Director, Dave Horsley.

SWIFF will run from 10 to 25 January at the historic venues of Coffs Harbour Jetty Memorial Theatre and Bellingen’s Memorial Hall.

A Preview Gala event will be held on 8 December, 2018, giving audiences an exclusive sneak-peak at the 2019 Festival Program and a special screening of the award winning (Sydney and Melbourne Film Festivals) documentary, Backtrack Boys – the new Australian documentary about at-risk youth finding redemption through learning show dog jumping. Last year’s Gala event sold out and filled the Jetty Memorial Theatre to capacity.

Tickets to the Festival and Gala event are now available for purchase online. Film passes present the best value for money and are available to purchase in packs of 6, 12 or 24. Pensioner and student concessions are also available.

Travelling audiences are recommended to book their accommodation early to avoid missing out.
