Be inspired by the bright future of the City of Broken Hill, and join Council to deliver an ongoing legacy for the Broken Hill community. Broken Hill is Australia’s First Heritage City where the built, natural and social heritage fuse to form a place of outstanding value to the nation.

The Broken Hill Living Museum + Perfect Light (BH LM+PL) project captures the essence of Broken Hill and transforms it to compete on a world stage. The overall strategy calls for infrastructure and activation to re-purpose the City through dynamic urban design, bold digital and site specific interpretation, technology, art, events and enterprise.

This role will seek to actuate Broken Hill’s ‘Perfect Light’; a place where art (performing, literary and visual) is the manifestation of culture. Your curatorial expertise will assist Broken Hill to become an iconic place where audiences are actively involved and engaged, and where creators interpret, curate and invent new artworks.
