ArtsReady currently has an exciting traineeship position available for someone wanting to launch a long-term career in Arts Administration. The trainee will work full-time for Regional Arts NSW!

About the Opportunity

In this position, you will be legally employed by ArtsReady for a 12 month duration and undertake a traineeship with an accredited Certificate III Business qualification. The successful trainee will receive paid on the job training and fully funded education.

Duties/ Responsibilities of Trainee at Regional Arts NSW:

Regional Arts NSW will be hosting an ArtsReady trainee who will work and learn in the role of an Administration Assistant. The Administration Assistant will support the Regional Arts NSW CEO and team with day to day administration and provide general project support as required.

The trainee will be the first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiries to the office and will be an essential person to the smooth running of the office.

The successful applicant will be an energetic and enthusiastic all-rounder who is looking to learn many administration and office management skills.

The Administration Assistant has an important role both internally within RANSW and externally to facilitate the organisation’s work.
