General Manager – NORPA

Do you have Performing Arts Venue Operations or Facilities Management experience? Are you an experienced GM looking for a new opportunity?

The General Manager along with the Artistic Director provides leadership and strategic management for NORPA. The General Manager is responsible for delivering NORPA’s Strategic and Operational Plans in line with the artistic vision of the organisation, while ensuring the financial, legal and operational viability of the organisation.

The General Manager also oversees NORPA’s contract with Lismore City Council to manage Lismore City Hall, and is ultimately responsible for effective relations with Council and associated stakeholders. The General Manager supervises the Venue Operations Team.

The successful candidate will be required to start in February 2015.
