- Salary and conditions: salary range is $50,000 to $55,000 per annum, for a 35 hour week, dependent on experience and qualifications
Arts Northern Rivers is one of Australia’s leading regional arts organisation operating in the beautiful hinterland of the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. We are seeking an Indigenous Arts Development Officer to join our team to help deliver an exciting program of Indigenous arts projects for the region.
The Indigenous Arts Development Officer (IADO) will support Indigenous visual artists in the Northern Rivers region. The focus of the role is to develop and promote a strong and visible network of Indigenous visual artists through marketing, sales and professional and business development initiatives. In addition the IADO will be responsible for managing The Bundjalung Project, which has been funded through the Federal Government’s Department for the Arts. This project will include working with the Bundjalung Project Steering Committee.
