Have Your Say About Arts & Culture in Regional Australia05.06.2013
Regional Arts Australia is currently conducting a series of consultations across the nation with people engaged in the arts and cultural development, allied regional organisations, national organisations with significant regional interests, state, territory and local government representatives.
Following the successful 2009 National Consultation which attracted over 80,000 participants, the 2013 consultation will track and explore the role of arts and culture for regional and remote Australians.
Through this engagement with regional community thought-leaders, Regional Arts Australia will identify key priority areas over the coming years and inform future directions for their work aimed at improving the lives of regional Australians through the arts. The program will also consider how the arts intersect with areas such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture, technology, education, local, state and federal funding, economic development, environment, tourism and health.
For your opportunity to have your say about a wide range of issues and concerns, Regional Arts Australia invites you to participate in the 2013 National Consultation survey.
The online survey is available at:
Please make your views heard and share this survey with your networks. All participants go into the draw for a free registration to the RAA National Conference in Kalgoorlie-Boulder 2014.
