Between 2014 – 2018 Australia will commemorate the Anzac Centenary, marking 100 years since our involvement in the First World War.
Applications are now open for the NSW Centenary of Anzac Commemoration (2014-2018) History Fellowship. The Fellowship is offered by the State Government in 2013 to support research military, political, economic, social and/or cultural aspects of NSW’s involvement in WWI.
The successful applicant is expected to undertake a historical project that will result in a public outcome that commemorates the centenary of the war and is significant to the people of NSW.
- one-off opportunity valued at $20,000
- assist a person living in NSW to research and produce a historical work
- on aspect of New South Wales’ involvement in the First World War
- outcome: article or book for publication, a website, exhibition, film or other public event
