Royal Australian Navy Band in Hillston01.11.2012
Hillston Central School was treated to a special visit from the Royal Australian Navy Band (RANB) in late October as part of their collaboration with the Australian Children’s Music Foundation (ACMF). ACMF teacher Rachel Scott and RANB musicians, conducted music masterclasses with school students, teachers and parents as well as performing for the whole school. The Hillston Central School students and the RANB then performed during the evening to a packed audience at the Hillston Community Hall. The inspirational mentorship and enthusiasm from all participants made for an excellent day and a highly successful project. Read more on the ACMF website.
