Greg Withers moves to Arts NSW

Former head of Queensland Office of Climate Change, Greg Withers, will take up a role at Arts NSW from September 3. Withers, who is married to former Queensland Premier Anna Bligh, joins the arts body as director of strategy and government relations. He will be responsible for leading policy developments for Arts NSW and working with cultural institutions. Withers resigned from his Queensland public service role in June after the incoming Campbell Newman government disbanded the climate change office and redeployed him to the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection.
